2. Upper Assembly:

3. Lasting Process:
• The upper is stretched and shaped over a shoe last to achieve the desired form and structure.
4. Injection Molding for Outsole:
• The shaped upper is placed into a sole mold.
• Molten PVC is injected into the mold, bonding seamlessly with the upper while forming the thick, ribbed outsole.
• The mold is cooled to solidify the PVC and ensure a strong bond between the sole and the upper.
5. Trimming and Finishing:
• After the outsole is solidified, excess PVC material is trimmed. The entire shoe is polished and checked for uniformity in appearance.
6. Quality Inspection:
• Each shoe undergoes thorough quality checks for proper bonding, durability, and finish. Any defective items are reworked or discarded.
7. Packaging:
• The completed shoes are packaged for shipment.
