At Ceban, quality is not a department - it's a culture. Every pair of shoes that leaves our factory carries the weight of our reputation, and we take that responsibility seriously. Whether it's a high-performance sneaker, flat, or a comfortable pair of casual sandals, our commitment to quality control remains the same. Here's how we ensure excellence in every step of our production process.
1. Raw Material Selection
Quality begins with the materials. We source only from trusted suppliers who meet our rigorous standards for durability, sustainability, and performance. Each batch of PU, textile, rubber, PVC and foam is inspected upon arrival for consistency, flexibility, and any visible or structural defects.
2. Making and Sample Testing
Before any shoes go into mass production, it undergoes a thorough sampling process. Our design and teams create samples and conduct multiple wear tests to assess comfort, fit, and structural integrity. We gather feedback from testers and make adjustments to ensure the final product exceeds expectations.
3. Quality Control
During production, our QC inspectors are present at every major stage - cutting, stitching, lasting, and assembling. They follow standardized checklists and inspect randomly selected units from each batch to detect early signs of misalignment, poor stitching, glue marks, or material inconsistencies.
4. Final Inspection and Functional Testing
Before packaging, each pair of shoes undergoes a final inspection. We evaluate:
• Appearance (color consistency, finishing, symmetry)
• Sizing accuracy (matching with international size standards)
• Comfort and flexibility (bend and twist tests)
• Durability (stress points and sole adhesion)
In addition, selected samples are subjected to lab-based performance tests, such as abrasion resistance, water resistance, and outsole flexibility, depending on the product category.
5. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Audit
We treat packaging as part of the product experience. Each pair is cleaned, packed with care, and double-checked for size and style accuracy. A final pre-shipment audit ensures that everything matches client specifications, from product details to barcodes and carton labels.
6. Continuous Improvement and Client Feedback
After delivery, we monitor client feedback closely. Any issues reported are traced back to their root cause and immediately addressed. Our goal is to not only solve problems but to prevent them from recurring. We also hold regular training sessions for our workers and update to reflect lessons learned.
Quality isn't just about passing checks - it's about earning trust.
By investing in people, processes, and technology, we make sure every pair of shoes we produce meets - and exceeds - expectations. Whether you're a brand owner, distributor, or retailer, you can count on us to deliver consistent quality, every time.
