Final Pre-Shipment Inspection
In international trade, the final impression is often the most lasting one. We take our Final Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) seriously-because what gets shipped is what represents us in the global market.
Here's our final inspection before every order leaves our warehouse.
What Is a Final Pre-Shipment Inspection?
A Final Pre-Shipment Inspection is a detailed quality check that takes place after production is 100% complete and before goods are packed into containers. It's our last line of defense to ensure that the products meet:
• Client specifications
• Safety and performance standards
• Labeling, packaging, and quantity accuracy

When Does It Happen?
• After 100% production is finished
• At least 80% of the goods are packed
• Typically 1–3 days before container loading
What Do We Check?
Our QC team uses AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards and customized checklists based on the customer's requirements.
1. Visual & Functional Inspection
• Shoe appearance (no glue marks, wrinkles, scratches)
• Correct model, color, and material
• Symmetry and overall finish
• Functional testing (flex, pull, and fitting tests)
2. Size and Quantity Check
• Randomly measured against spec sheets
• Verified carton count and packing list
• Matching size breakdown per customer PO
3. Label & Barcode Verification
• Carton labels (SKU, PO number, size range)
• Inside shoe tags and packaging stickers
• Country of origin markings
4. Packaging Inspection
• Correct packing method (e.g. polybag, tissue paper, silica gel)
• Carton condition and stacking strength
• Drop test

After inspection, we provide:
• A detailed PSI report with photos
• A pass/fail result based on AQL criteria
